If we think you've had enough to drink, we make the call whether to stop serving you, no arguments.
If you can't abide by or don't like our policy - It's tough luck.Go drink someplace else.

The What Bar is a place for good people out for a good time, there are plenty of bars in Chiang Mai which
don't care if you act like an asshole but this isn't one of them.
Rather than exploit you with cheap thrills,we'd rather try and be an inspiration and just run a cool place that is quite probably the friendliest most laid back spot you can hang out in Chiang Mai. So leave the baggage at home and if you need assistance our staff are here to help the best way they can, enjoy.

The What Bar is in Chiangmai City, Northern Thailand.
The Bar specializes in good Classic Indie music and top up to date Indie Tunes, and as the logo suggests 60's sounds and 6T's Motown soul classics from yester- year. Our staff are all welcoming and encourage all its customers to have a good and relaxed time. The food menu consists of good traditional Pub Grub and is served in a cool laid back atmosphere and also offers daily specials including a popular Sunday roast. We sell all the major drinks and the prices won’t seriously damage your pocket, The What Bars policy of Happy Hour All Day ensures we are most possibly the cheapest on Loi Kroh.
Sports TV is available and covers most top events, including the main Premiership football fixtures. We have Free 8 Ball pool on a full size table and we often organize mini Pool Competitions.
All the staff have a good knowledge of the local area, and are always ready to help you out with advice on reliable tour operators, ticket vendors, guest houses, and local events and activities. The owners often organise one day trips including fishing and motorcycling ride outs to local places of interest.
All in all, a Good Time is guaranteed for all in Chiangmai’s coolest music orientated hang out in the centre of the city.
